Hello Everyone!!

hope everyone logs on to the blog at least once or twice a week!! *like we said in CG.. info will be disseminated over here*

okok 1st of all.. some announcements.. =)

1st April (April fools day).. is obviously the 1st Sunday of the month... so we'll be staying in the Audi for Communion Service ya? there will also not be Youth Program... Head down to the OPEN DECK for CYM birthday gathering immediately!! we dun want delays coz its means that we'll have less time for CG!! (something that i hope we all dun want...)

IMPORTANT: theres a convention coming up for youth.. interesting topic.. i encourage everyone to go ya.. Ask permission from parents k.. i think its only $2.. get response next week

NEXT UP... i wanna intro something new to the FAITHFULNESS BLOG!!

... i'm sure today's Bible QnA was interesting for all.. so i've decided to have our very own Faithfulness CG Bible QnA on the blog!! pls pls pls ask any of the leaders.. should u encounter something that u do not understand.. we'll try our best to research and ans ur questions!! *give us time la* is tat ok stacy lishan rita?? =)

the simple reason... if someone has a question... and gets his/her ans... only he/she learns.. but if the questions and answers are posted ... we all can benefit!! =) mayb we can try to ans 1 question per week? more or less we see 1st la ..

Hello Faithfulness!!

trust that we all had a crazy time at dodgeball ya?? hehe.. my right arm is suffering from muscle aches from all the throwing ... would like to thank Marcus for inviting Alson as well! am sure he also experienced the warmth of CYM.. lets all keep Alson in prayer ya? that he might want to join us for CG on Sundays..

another sec 1 girl also joined us at dodgeball.. her name is Alexandra... Andrea's sister la.. =) shes from SCGS and was in Hannah's team! ... from what i heard.. shes keen to come back ... pray pray pray that she'll find us a fun bunch to hang out with hehe... *Hannah and Chloe must be happy tat another girl might be joining us!!*

important announcements:

1) this sunday is Bible QnA at Youth Programme!!! those who were there at the last one know tat its gonna be very interesting! Chai Hwa and Linus will try to answer some of our questions about the Bible.. another good opportunity to learn more! CG as usual after tat..

2) SCOOP prizes!! bring all the 5 SCOOP issues this sunday to get a mystery prize! (mystery coz even i also dunno wat it is.. haha)

3) UMAD 5 sign up is open!!! i'm sure we all have the consent form rite?? seriously... camps are the BEST BEST BEST occasion to bring friends... UMAD is the highlight of the CYM calendar... and u wont want to miss it!! the committee has put in a lot of effort.. planning for many months already... =) lets all give our support and sign up ASAP!! .. besides.. theres an early bird discount...

*hows ur higher chinese test Chloe? hope it went well..

Hey Faithfulness!

i assure u all.. the henna thing on my arm is still there.. for my school mates to ask me wats tat.. haha.. i'm gonna use the opportunity to share about my involvement in church the next time someone asks me!! =) tell them my crazy CG torture me

reflection:
how to live my live so that i reflect the glory of God

Hi faithfulness.. here are my reflection/ application for yesterday's BS.
sometimes in school, we come across "opportunities" to lie to our professors so that we can extend the dateline for projects. For example, a friend of mine lost her notebook the other day and she had not back up her data. Her project group had a backup of the report though.. however, they told the prof that the only copy of the report was in the lost notebook... and it resulted in the prof extending their dateline.

i hope in times of temptation like this, i will do the right thing and reflect God's glory in my academic life :)

Hi Faithfulness!!

finally found a little time to blog.. weekdays are generally spent catching up with schoolwork.. and when i'm online.. its emails + online assignments.. so ya.. haha.. not very fun..

well... a few things to say!!

1st of all.. we miss u Rita!! haha..

Thank God for this week's Good News Week in GMPS.. =) .. all went well and many accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior.. do continue to pray for them!.. tat they might learn and grow in their walk with God..

some IMPORTANT reminders about upcoming events!!..

this coming Sunday is the combined KIP/CYM sunday... so we'll be going to the hall at 9.30.. instead of the auditorium!.. since we'll not be having Youth Program.. i'll encourage everyone to attend the 8am Service if u can.. =) stace and lishan.. pls help remind remind? CG as usual after tat.. Stacy will be fascilitating this week.. give her all the support u can!! =)

DODGEBALL is on the 18th of March!! pls invite ur friends to join us for this fun-filled event.. =) ... i need to know who is coming okok? so i'll ask u all this sunday.. Confirm with me! give the yellow coloured invitation cards ya?

we're having some problems finding a venue for our Combined Faithfulness/Gentleness retreat for June.. PLS keep this event in prayer.. Pray for smooth planning and that all obstacles be removed! Also do take the opportunity to reach out to ur friends!

Alrights, here's an update. Rita just finish her test today and she is very happy because she is going to Toronto to watch a NBA match!
Rita wants faithfulness to pray that she will draw closer to God because she thinks she has been naughty and have not been doing quiet time regularly. So yeps!
