In a land not so far away..
There is this garden, filled with various seedlings and saplings from various kinds of plants... and tending this garden are a bunch of gardeners..

The gardeners really hope to see the plants grow up tall and strong..
so they decided that they will...
water them often...
give them the nutrients and fertilisers they need..
keep and eye open for bad stuff like weeds that can choke their growth..
tie a supporting stick to those with weaker stems..
protect them from heavy thunderstorms..
provide them with as much sunlight as they can get..
walk around to check on them often to see how they are doing..

they also decided to build a fence around the garden that can help keep out animals tat could trample on and destroy the young plants..
they did this coz they feel tat its important to set limits to try and protect each individual plant and also the garden as a whole.. from things tat are destructive to the garden..
although building the fence under the hot sun might be hard work.. but they believe that to protect something so precious.. some sweat is worth it..

ultimately.. the gardeners also realise this is all they can do... and tat whether the plants will flourish or not actually all rests in God's hands.. what they try to do is to try their best to create a favourable environment..

Hi everyone...this is the list of goals and expectations that we have laid down! If today's session of ground rules scared you all, don't be! :) Anyways I decided to summarise everyone's goals into one big thing. So the main gist of what we want for faithfulness are the following:

1) To grow closer to God and have a deeper understanding of the bible and God
2) Have Quiet Time Regularly
3) Faithfulness to be bonded, united and to love each other
4) To have dependence on each other with our daily struggles
5) Faithfulness to grow in numbers as well as spiritually
6) Commitment to the CG in terms of attendance, participation

And yups just want to tell you peeps that you girls and guys have become a cg that I would really want to get to know better over the years. May 2008 be a year of sharing, growing, laughters and love.

as a result.. i need u guys to give me a reply ASAP!

UMAD 6 committee is recruiting!!
They need help in various areas and i see this as a GREAT opportunity for all of u to serve..
Basically.. indicate 2 areas tat u would like to help out in..
- the ICs will then look at all the names and allocate u guys into appropriate teams
- your preference will be taken into consideration.. but of coz the ICs will have the final say la.. (many factors to look into!)

yup here are the areas!

1. Publicity
2. Admin & Accounts
3. Logistics
4. Worship & Prayer
5. Games
6. Food/ Accommodation
7. Special Night
8. Design
*Group leader for UMAD 6

if unsure about what the teams involve.. check with Stacy ok?
can talk to us also regarding where we feel u can help
but i would REALLY like EVERYONE to go for UMAD this time round and also to serve.. helps in ur growth.. =)

Hi Faithfulness!!

announcement time..

this Sunday.. 130108 is CYM's 6th Anniversary!! Whoo hoo! Praise God for his faithfulness..

Please come 'well dressed' ok?? dun need formal or wat la.. haha.... coz we'll have our Cake Cutting and Photo-taking after the 9.45 service.. Hopefully we'll have our very first FULL ATTENDANCE CG photo! nobody is allowed to disappear! if you're in a ministry team (eg FIT).. note tat they will be taking photos also..

at 12.30pm.. We'll have our annual Meet-the-Parents Session.. let me know if your parents wanna come... ASAP k? u guys dun need to be around.. but if your parents are here.. kindly show them the way to the conference room at 12.30! There'll be refreshments for them

Hope school has been great for u guys so far.. CG will start in a week's time! I'm so excited hee.. see u all in a few days!

Consent form compulsory for those below 18 years of age...SO PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CONSENT FORM COS ALL OF YOU ARE SMALL & CUTE!!! HAHA :)

Bring shoes or sandals... Also bring(wear) dark coloured clothes.. plus bring a towel and change of clothes BECAUSE you are most likely to get wet :b

anyways, sc's got a few not so cool
rules and a new langlit programme

LANGUAGE ARTS. yay!(-.-)
apparently, my teacher is very
enthusiastic about shakespeare.
and the class window's aren't ;D
moving on.
i want to thank God for my class.
cos my class is really nice (: there
are no big clique divisions, so thats
great. yeap. so getting high everyday
is part of my daily routine now :) whee
and i'm ultra tired cos of guides and
opm and all those night activities.
anyways.

adventure camp. somehow my friend

My Dearest Faithfulness CG!
thank u all so so much for a memorable 2007
heres a look at the past year! =)



Looking forward to a great 2008 with all of u.. =)
My prayer is that the CG grows so so much deeper in love and friendship.. and of coz in spiritual maturity.. =) find an avenue to serve! Attend all camps! Blog regularly! Be open and honest with one another! Thirst for God's holy word!
